In this Boxing Challenge, you will learn the technique of boxing in 12 weeks. In addition to focusing on the techniques, there will also be a great deal of attention paid to the fitness part of the sport. Your fitness will definitely improve!

The Boxing Challenge is weekly and consists of:

  • Training 1x per week and advice by experienced trainers from the Boxing Association
  • You will learn to punch, defend, move and make the right combinations and boxing stances
  • The lessons are a good and challenging workout for everyone
  • Free membership of the boxing association; this membership ends automatically after 1 year
  • You learn the ropes of boxing for €85.00. This amount includes equipment.
